YOUTH

Middle School Youth Ministry

St. Raymond's offers a comprehensive middle school program for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders entitled JUMP. There are two components to the JUMP program, Faith Formation Sessions and JUMP Saturdays. Faith Formation takes place on Tuesday evenings from 7:00PM to 8:30PM, beginning in September and ending in May (calendar).

JUMP Saturdays (calendar) offer an opportunity for middle school youth to take part in service projects, socialize with one another, and participate in our parish weekly Youth and Young Adult Liturgy.

Sacramental preparation for Baptism, Reconciliation, and/or First Eucharist is also available during the regularly scheduled Faith Formation on Tuesday nights. Through faith sharing, Scripture study, prayer, and reflection, our young people prepare for initiation into our faith community. High School Youth Ministry

St. Raymond's offers a comprehensive youth ministry program for high school youth entitled IGNITE!. We offer weekly Faith Formation, including prayer, Scripture study, small group faith sharing and occasional guest speakers that speak to our youth on topics of particular interest to teens. IGNITE! also offers many opportunities for community service, retreats, and social events.

Our high school Faith Formation takes place on Monday evenings from 7:00PM to 9:00PM, beginning in September and ending in May (calendar). All high school students are welcome to participate.

The Confirmation process formally begins in September of sophomore year (calendar) and continues through junior year with the reception of the sacrament taking place during the Easter Season of junior year. Throughout the two year formation process candidates participate in the weekly faith formation sessions, attend retreats and serve the community through various service and outreach projects.

YOUNG ADULT

Young Adult Ministry

St. Raymond's is developing a comprehensive young adult program. This program will serve the young adults of our parish by offering opportunities to gather and share their faith experiences with one another and to participate in occasional social activities, service opportunities and retreat experiences.
