If you’d like to dip your toe into other multicultural events then join us on Saturday, December 16th at 7:00 pm for Simbang Gabi, a traditional Filipino Christmas Mass with Filipino music a reception (and more food!) in the hall.
On Sunday, December 17th at 7:00 pm on the plaza, we celebrate another Mexican Christmas tradition called “Las Posadas,” a charming re-enactment of Joseph and Mary’s search for a place to birth the Christ Child. There will be a piñata for the children and tasty treats in the hall.
As we move toward next weekend and all its loveliness, please remember to prepare your heart well by coming to our parish Reconciliation Service Tuesday at 7:00 pm on December 19th. The Sacrament is there for you, to bring you restoration, wholeness and peace as we “ready the way” to welcome the Christ Child together. This Tuesday will be the only weekday evening Reconciliation opportunity this week.
